As the new Site Manager at Iggesund Forest AB I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Christer Moberg and I live in the city of Hudiksvall. I am the father of two, one son and one daughter and on top of that I´m also a grandfather!
With over 20 years of experience in production management and a great interest in lean production, I hope to bring new thoughts and ideas into Iggesund Forest.
Today, Iggesund Forest is one of the world’s largest supplier of harvester bar.
My Vision is to lead Iggesund Forest to be No.1!
My philosophy is based on cost-effectiveness and employees' utilized skills. In all situations we work with the mind-set "everything can be done better".
My motivator is to create teams working together towards the same goal. Seeing people grow by challenging themselves and the team is for me the greatest reward.
